The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the house’s guests. It is saltwater, open all year round, and is located in an enclosure that can be closed. It is 6.10 cm long by 2.70 cm wide and 1.50 cm deep.
Yes, Cal Bisbe offers free Wi-Fi for all guests.
Visitors are welcome, but must be notified in advance. Visitors cannot stay overnight and cannot exceed the maximum number of occupants of the house.
Parties and activities that may disturb the peace of other guests or neighbors are not permitted.

You must leave the house tidy as you found it upon arrival. Do not leave any food leftovers and take your trash with you. All recycling containers are located on the side of the neighborhood road, before the traffic lights.
To formalize the reservation, a deposit via bank transfer or Bizum is required.
The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer, Bizum, or in cash before the keys are handed over.
Yes, the owner or a designated person will personally welcome you and explain how the house works.
Whenever possible, the owner will collect the keys personally. Otherwise, they can be placed in the mailbox, ensuring that the lights, air conditioning, windows, doors, and the exterior entrance are properly closed.
