Hiring conditions

Cal Bisbe is registered in the Tourism Registry of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government) under number HUTG-020597.

This accommodation is rented as a whole or by separate floors. Its capacity is for 7 adults, 4 people on the upper floor and 3 on the ground floor.

The minimum stay in the house is 2 nights. On special dates such as Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and all long weekends in general, the minimum stay may vary between 3 and 5 nights depending on the calendar.

During the summer season, the house is rented for entire weeks at least, from Saturday to Saturday.

The dates from June 1st to September 30th, special dates such as Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, as well as all bank holidays in general, are considered HIGH SEASON. The rest of the dates will be considered LOW SEASON.

Booking Procedure

Once the conditions of the reservation have been confirmed (available dates, times, number of occupants, children, etc.), it must be formalized by making a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay.

The resulting amount, as well as the corresponding tourist tax, must be paid in advance by bank transfer, Bizum or cash before the keys are handed over.

Cancellation Conditions

Reservations must be made at least two days in advance of the arrival date.

Reservations will be considered firm once 50% of the total has been received.

Cancellation of a high season reservation will be accepted up to 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation of a low season reservation will be accepted up to 10 days before the arrival date.

Important information

Check that the pool water level is halfway up the skimmer. If it is not, it could cause a breakdown in the filtration pump.
There is a robot available to clean the pool. We can come and set it up together.
The appliances in the engine room run on a programmed clock. Just make sure the pool is filtering. With a lot of electrical consumption, it can cause the electrical thermal switch to trip.
To maintain an appropriate temperature indoors, we recommend keeping doors and windows closed, blinds down and awnings open (except if it is windy).
The plants will appreciate the water. Always water early in the morning or in the evening, when there is sunshine.
The exterior lights come on automatically. Make sure the large side lights are not left on during the day. They are only turned on and off with the 3rd row of switches located above the door.
